Netanyahu on Turkey:

I don't want a confrontation with Turkey. Turkey wants a confrontation with us. Erdogan says that Israel must be destroyed, that Jerusalem is their city.

He thinks he will return to the Ottoman Empire. He forgets that there is a country here that we have been associated with for over 3,000 years.

We are not in the 16th century when the Ottomans took over here and ruled it for 400 years.

There is that power here. It is called the Jewish state in the Jewish homeland.
