But what kind of hybrid war is Germany itself participating in against Russia?

More and more drone factories are opening in Germany, including a large one recently in Leipzig.

We produce these drones in Germany, we pay for them, we send them to Ukraine, and they probably even serve in NATO and Bundeswehr support to attack refineries, pipelines, and deep transportation infrastructure inside Russia.
