Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan proposed that Armenia and Azerbaijan exchange territories of equal size to eliminate enclaves and exclaves, open all transport routes, and abandon mutual territorial claims.
He said that the latest talks with Azerbaijan President Aliyev indicated there is an opportunity to achieve this peace vision.
