There is a special court for dealing with crimes in Ukraine, of which Poland is a founding member.

But for that to happen, the same thing that led to the prosecution of the culprits in Rwanda or Yugoslavia has to happen.

You must win the war first, because only a Russian government after that will send some of these criminals to The Hague.
