NAFTA was a cancer in the American economy. So if you have cancer, you might choose to treat the cancer with chemotherapy, right?

Chemotherapy, on the other hand, is poison. So you don't give it your all. You distribute it in very particular ways in the hope that it will kill the cancer and save the patient.
