The secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council accuses Trump and the CENTCOM commander of running an oil smuggling operation against Oman with the help of the United Arab Emirates military.
He said small boats transfer oil to larger tankers and that Iran has been targeting five or six of these vessels every night for months.
