We must all choose now between a world where might is right or a future based on the rule of law, where victims can continue to access justice.

Faced with such attacks, we cannot remain indifferent.

We all have a legal and moral obligation to act to protect the international order. Uphold the law, not the force.

We will be judged by history for the choices we make today.
