Overnight, Ukraine hit a fuel plant for cruise missiles in the Tver region, the same facility that produces Decilin-M fuel for the Kh-101 missiles that Russia fired at Priluki two days ago.

The Redkino experimental plant, which produces special fuel for Kh-55/Kh-101 cruise missiles plus propane-based rocket fuel additives, caught fire.

This is the factory's second strike in 2026 (the first was in February) and has been under sanctions in the UK since September 2025.

Later that night, Russia said it shot down 505 Ukrainian drones in 19 areas.

A Yandex data center in Kaluga was also damaged (the second night in a row that damaged Russian technology infrastructure), and an oil depot near Belgrade was set on fire.
