Trump envoys Vitkoff and Kushner will meet with senior Ukrainian officials in Miami on Oct. 9 to discuss "new ideas and proposals" developed during recent U.S. talks with Russia and Ukraine. Ukraine will be represented by Budanov, Umerov, and Arkhamiya. Officials from Britain, France, Germany, NATO, and the European Union have also been invited.
