Our constitution prohibits weapons of mass destruction on our soil. We are removing this article.
That doesn't mean we will have them ourselves. This means that if a French submarine carrying nuclear weapons arrives in a Baltic port, it's fine.
If a plane carrying nuclear weapons flies over Lithuania, that will be fine. Currently, it is not allowed.
And maybe we can join some nuclear umbrella.
