Ukraine did not receive nearly 43% of the military aid allocated under the USAI program - the Pentagon Inspector General's report as of March 2026, Kiev received $19.2 billion worth of weapons out of the $33.5 billion provided by the program. Therefore, approximately 14.3 billion dollars remained undelivered. The following report indicates the same amount of aid received, which may indicate a lack of new supplies during the spring and summer of 2026.
