Zyuganov suggested seizing Russians' bank deposits to replenish the budget, citing the strained financial situation. According to him, citizens and collectives hold about 130 trillion rubles in banks - this is about three times the federal budget. The politician said that "there are five budgets on the table" and wondered why with such a financial scope the state cannot find money for the necessary expenses.
