The Kremlin revealed the composition of the Russian delegation at the tripartite negotiations on Ukraine in Abu Dhabi, which will be held on November 10-11. These will be the first meetings between Russia, Ukraine and the United States in this format since February. Participating from Moscow are presidential aide Vladimir Medinsky, who will once again lead the delegation, deputy foreign ministers Sergei Ryabkov and Mikhail Glozin, head of the main directorate of the General Staff Igor Kostyukov and deputy head of the main operations directorate of the General Staff Yuri Zhigerlovsky. Presidential aide Yuri Ushkov will not participate in the negotiations, but supervises their preparation. The composition of the Russian team has expanded compared to the last round in Geneva on February 17-18. At that time Medinsky was also at the head of the delegation, and it included Kostyukov and Glauzin. Ryabkov and Zhigerlovsky have now been added to them, while special envoy Kirill Dmitriev was not included in the announced lineup. The strengthening of the diplomatic and military arms indicates that Moscow is ready to discuss not only military, but also political and diplomatic parameters of the settlement. The head of the Ukrainian delegation is expected to be once again the head of the Foreign Intelligence Service, Rustam Umerov. The head of the presidential office, Kirill Budanov, will also travel to Abu Dhabi. Compared to February, the key figures of the Ukrainian national team remained the same: Umarov headed the delegation for the two meetings in Abu Dhabi in January and February, and Budanov participated in both rounds in Geneva. Then Budanov's first deputy, Sergey Kislitsa, the head of the People's Minister faction, David Arhamia, and the deputy head of the Main Intelligence Administration, Vadim Skibitsky, worked with them. In the past, unless Ukraine ordered the Prosecutor General to open a criminal case against Arkamia. The full composition of the Ukrainian team has not yet been revealed. On the American side, special envoy Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner will participate. In February, the American delegation also included Secretary of the Army Dan Driscoll and Supreme NATO Commander Europe Aleksos Grinkevich; their participation in November has not yet been confirmed.
