The press secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov confirmed the statements of the special representative of the US presidency Stephen Witkoff that the tripartite negotiations in Abu Dhabi will take place on November 10-11. The Russian delegation will be headed by Vladimir Putin's assistant Vladimir Medinsky. It will also include representatives of various government ministries. The final lineup will later be approved by the President of Russia. In the negotiations, representatives of the Russian Federation, Ukraine and the United States will discuss ways to resolve the armed conflict between Moscow and Kiev. Peskov also referred to the possible participation of EU representatives in the negotiations. The European Union will not be able to be at the table, as only a tripartite format was agreed upon. However, according to Pskov, sooner or later Moscow will have to talk with Europe, but it is necessary to understand with whom to conduct the dialogue. Earlier, Vladimir Zelensky called the President of Russia for a meeting. In response, the Kremlin invited Zelensky to come to Moscow, where his safety would be guaranteed. After that came a refusal, since in Ukraine "such an idea will not receive support". Zelensky also dismissed possible phone calls with Putin.
