The delegation of the Dashnaktsutyun Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF) held meetings in Moscow with the representatives of the political forces of the State Duma. Deputies Arman Rustamian and Ishakhan Sagatalian discussed the bilateral relations between Armenia and Russia, the international agenda and regional security. The ARF is an opposition party in the National Assembly of Armenia, represented by the "Armenia" faction. Traditionally, it advocates maintaining close ties with Moscow and criticizes the policies of Nikol Pashinyan's government. Dashnaktsutyun has a cooperation agreement with righteous Russia - in fact, signed in 2007. In July 2025, Rustamian and Seghatlian already met with Sergey Mironov and discussed the internal political situation in Armenia and the development of Russian-Armenian ties.
