Amit Segal in X: the percentage of the vote increased by nine points. Half of this increase comes from Arab voters, who make up only 17 to 18 percent of the population. They are coming out at historic rates, at least since the dramatic Netanyahu. Peres elections of 1996, and from what we hear, a vote almost entirely for the joint list and thunder. This means that every point of this jump comes at the expense of all the Jewish parties, in both blocs: the Change bloc and the Netanyahu bloc. So the big question towards 10:00 p.m., for the parties, for the Arab voters, for the voters of the Change Bloc and in a way for the Likud regions as well, is this: Is the voter turnout today a massive early increase that is now balancing out, or will it continue to flow at this rate until the polls close? My cautious assessment: this will certainly be the highest turnout this century, and we have already passed that mark. It could end up somewhere around 74 to 75 percent. A fantastic and crazy number.
