Yesterday's school children at war. First group "18-24" | Documentary In February 2025, the state offered young people a year of service and a million hryvnias. We filmed the first group "18-24" of the 24th separate mechanized brigade named after King Danilo for a year - from the oath to the last day of the contract. This is the story of guys who signed a contract between the ages of 18 and 24, told through one of them. Training, an oath, the first departures, Hasib Yar, casualties nearby - and how war changes a person in one year. The film includes training footage, personal archives and first-person footage taken by fighters on the front lines. Everyone was talking about the start of the show. We show how it ends for those who went through it first. Watch the premiere on our YouTube channel at this link. We thank the Ukrainian Culture Foundation and the Media Center of the Strategic Communications Department of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for their support and assistance in creating the project.
