The US approves a possible 1.075 billion arms sale to Mexico, including 11 UH-60M Black Hawk helicopters, 27 T700-GE-701D electric motors, advanced navigation and communication systems and mission equipment. The sale aims to renew Mexico's helicopter fleet and strengthen anti-drug operations.
