Kazakhstan is currently in negotiations with the China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC) regarding the construction of its second nuclear power plant, the Moincom facility. This project is planned to include two reactors, each with a capacity of 1,200 MW, resulting in a total capacity of 2,400 MW.
