Israel has signed an agreement to supply Cyprus with a new naval patrol ship built by Israel Shipyards and equipped with advanced Rafael naval systems and advanced defense systems. The deal also includes an upgrade of OPV IOANNIDES in Cyprus, strengthening the maritime surveillance, reconnaissance and search and rescue capabilities of the Cypriot Navy.
