‼ The site and the account of the Polish Constitutional Court in X identify different bosses: the first reports a change in leadership, the second reports an illegal seizure of the site and the retention of the former chairman. On October 30, Anna Korwin-Piotrovska announced the suspension for a month of the chairman Bogdan Shvejchkovsky and his deputy, while taking control. The reason given was the refusal to allow the judges selected by the Sejm to work and the threat of disruption to the adoption of the court's budget. The police came at her request; Former Justice Minister Zbigniew Zivru accused the government of invading the constitutional order. President Carol Noruki turned the plane flying to Senegal. But the "storming of the building" has not yet been determined: the police say that they did not go inside and did not touch the court's security. The absence of an attack does not remove the issue of authority. Moreover, the general assembly of judges, and not just one colleague, has the right to depose the chairman. At the same time, the Minister of Justice sent five petitions to remove the immunity of the two heads of the court - and it was Korwin-Piotrovskaya who handed over the documents. "Coup" still remains an accusation against Zivru, not an established fact. But it is difficult to call what is happening a normal procedure: a dispute over the legality of the management's actions is resolved by a change of leadership, the legality of which in itself is disputed. - Poland is not a foreign country.
