One of the judges announced the removal of the head of the court and tried to take his place. Management refused to comply. After the judge's appeal, the police arrived at the building, and President Noruki urgently cut short his flight to Africa and returned to Poland.
The opposition accuses Prime Minister Tusk of trying to seize the court by force. His government wants to get new judges, which the current leadership does not recognize. Noruki and the opposition PiS party oppose the Prime Minister's actions.
