Bank account turnover will be taken into account for receiving a unified child allowance from April 1, 2027. The Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation submitted this proposal for public discussion until November 20. The scope of the account turnover shall not exceed twice the total annual income of the family. Income includes salaries, social benefits, bonuses, income from self-employment and other types of income and payments. If the total amount of income for the family accounts is lower than this amount, then the benefit will be allocated, the department clarified. From January 1 to April 1, the account turnover will be taken into account for analytical purposes, i.e. without influencing the decision on a payment violation.
