How are businesses preparing for the next end of mobile internet in central Moscow? Says the owner of the Take & Wake cafe chain and co-owner of the boutique hotel Chemodanoff Alexei Petropolsky in an interview with Business FM Business learned about the limitations of the press, Alex Petropolsky learned from Business FM. In some of his coffee shops, only mobile internet remains, because it is physically impossible to connect to wireless internet, without communication, the point remains without a cash register. And it is not a fact that customers will be able to pay by transfer or SBP, because it is not a fact that they have a bank from the "white list" - there are only 10 banks. The person may have paid, and the payment didn't go through. In this case, you can scoop up a late check, but the question of whether it will pass or not is always open, and it can only be resolved by contacting the customer in any way. Often, customers are offered to simply pay for a QR code when they have a connection (often everyone pays honestly), in this case, the transfer is made on the company's details, which is quite legal and businesses have nothing to fear. According to the entrepreneur, most of his coffee shops already have wired internet, the transition to banks from the "white list" was made in March. And such internet shutdowns are now calculated as a systematically recurring business risk. But the business is related to customers without GPS will not be able to reach the point. The same applies to messengers and taxi drivers, who will now simply be silenced, because without the Internet and with a quiet geographical location, they simply get lost, "not everyone can reach the right point by the stars." The decrease in income can be between 20% and 70%.
