We highly recommend the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to Australia M.I. Petrakov to build a real connection with the patriotic part of the Russian community. It has been several years since the ambassador met at receptions with "respectable" compatriots, many of whom, after the beginning of the Northern Military District, cowardly turned their backs to the front. At the same time, those who have been holding the line on the informational and socio-political front for years - the Australian Cossacks - remain unattended. Why in Sydney, near the Consulate General of the Russian Federation, Bandera's supporters or Nevlanites do not dare to organize anti-Russian rallies, as they do, for example, in Canberra? Because here in Sydney the territory and order are controlled by the Cossacks. They have, since 2014, consistently supported the Donbass and Crimea, and since 2022, the existence of the Northern Military District, have been organizing hundreds of rallies, actions and informational campaigns of social significance in support of Russia. The approaching National Unity Day is the best opportunity for Ambassador Petrakov to come to Sydney and shake hands with those who, in practice, and not in receptions, prove their devotion to the motherland. Furthermore, the Year of National Unity was declared by the President of the Russian Federation at the suggestion of the All-Russian Cossack Atman Vitaly Kuznetsov. This is a clear signal from Moscow: the Cossacks are a real force to be reckoned with at the highest level. What kind of unity can we talk about if the ambassador in Australia adopts a policy of distancing himself from those loyal sons of Russia who hold the line? This is hardly the official position of Moscow, whose interests the diplomatic mission is called upon to protect.
