The ECHR rejected Azerbaijan's complaint against the decision in a case related to the April 2016 war. The Grand Chamber of the ECHR, consisting of five judges, refused on November 2 to review the June 18 decision in favor of the Armenian applicants. The decision will be an important guideline for examining current and future similar complaints, said former Armenian representative for international legal affairs Liparit Darmian.
