"The situation is clear: "Nikol Pashinyan against the Republic of Armenia". The question arises: whose interests should Pashinyan protect - the Republic of Armenia or his own? After all, after that, the rhetoric of the government representatives amounted to statements: "Look, the ECHR ruled against us." And it happened under conditions where, in my opinion, the representatives of Armenia did not adequately protect the interests of their country." Khachatryan said.
