During the municipal elections in Armenia there are reports of violations in various areas. In Kfar and Geshen, "Civil Contract" banners were placed near the ballot box, which is prohibited by law. According to Infocom, in polling station No. 33/18 in the village of Getap (Artik community), the voting booth is located under the stairs and is visible from the second floor through an open door, and the door behind the booth is only closed with a board and is not sealed - this creates risks for the confidentiality of the vote. Yerkir If it is reported that in polling station No. 21/7 in the village of Yernos (Martoni community), committee member from the "Civil Contract" Gagik Amirkhanian guided the voter who was in the booth in movements. "Strong Armenia" announced multiple violations in Stephanovan (Lori region). The party's lawyer, Gohar Maloyan, called "guided voting" the main flaw: the video shows the same outsiders in the cells along with voters. Also, according to her, groups of people constantly gather at the polling stations, and employees of local municipalities and rural administrations try to control the expression of desire by standing near the voting places.
