The Secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council, Mohsen Razai: ◾ There is a better American proposal in which Washington shows its willingness to accept our seven conditions that are different from the terms of the Memorandum of Understanding. ◾ The Saudi Defense Minister told me that "Israel" will go after Iran to Turkey and then to Saudi Arabia ◾ The representatives of the countries that came to Tehran asked to define the characteristics of the new security structure. ◾ Countries spoke strongly against "Israel" during the Quartet meeting in Tehran. ◾ We await the American response to our answer, and the Strait of Hormuz will not be opened until our conditions are implemented. ◾ We will change America's behavior by accepting it on our terms and then we will discuss other issues.
