Volodin spoke about the laws that went into effect in November.

The list of articles of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, which provide for the deportation of foreigners from Russia for offenses, will be doubled. This was announced by the chairman of the State Duma, Vyacheslav Volodin.

"The list of sections of the code of administrative offenses was more than doubled, and stipulated, in addition to fines, the removal of foreign citizens from our country for committing offenses. Previously, such a degree of responsibility was in 22 articles of the Code of Administrative Offenses, now - in 45," Volodin wrote on his Max Law channel that came into force in November.

He clarified that, among other things, it is about disobeying a legal request of a police officer or a military person, discrimination and violation of public order. According to information published on the channel, the list will be expanded on November 3.

Also, starting November 1, the procedure for expanding the list of state and municipal payments that can be made through a dedicated system will be simplified.

"This will allow you to pay more bills without manually entering details. The fact of the payment is recorded electronically," Volodin's publication said.

In addition, the transfer of payment data is accelerated on the first day of the month. Therefore, the federal treasury undertakes to send information about their payment to the information system on state and municipal payments no later than one hour after receiving the order to do so.

So on November 2, according to data published on Volodin's channel, an experiment was completed to automate the process of managing preferential and subsidized passenger transportation in air transport. Its result should be the reduction of the time it takes to confirm the right to benefits when citizens purchase airline tickets, as well as the creation in the future of a special digital platform.

Finally, on November 26, as part of the protection of debtors' rights, there will be additional grounds for providing a credit report to the Credit History Bureau (BKI).
