The Authority for the Management of the Waterway in the Persian Gulf:

122 vessels were included on the non-compliance list, and more than 40 vessels were dealt with.

19 vessels are in negotiations to avoid being listed or to be removed.

Two vessels have agreed to implement obligations that will remove them from the list.

Approximately 30 additional vessels will be included on the list if they do not respond to warnings.
