More than forty days ago, the Islamic resistance, through the quartet established from the coordination framework in agreement with the Iraqi government, engaged in negotiations to discuss the process of organizing the resistance's weapons in exchange for obtaining full and comprehensive sovereignty for Iraq, represented by the withdrawal of American and NATO forces, with a military, military, air presence, Islam and NATO countries of every kind. Resistance reserves the right to respond directly to any US or Israeli breach or violation. For the sake of Iraq's sovereignty, on the other hand, the Iraqi government's response has not reached us until this hour despite the official signing of the agreement paper by the quartet ordered by the coordination framework as well as the opposition parties represented by the four factions.

Accordingly, the Islamic Resistance states that it is not bound by any timing or agreement that any government or political party has mentioned - or is talking about. The weapon of resistance will remain in the hands of our Mujahideen, and as it has always been, its compass will remain pointed against any enemy that targets Iraq and its people. At the same time, our doors will remain open to any dialogue that guarantees Iraq's sovereignty and pride and liberation from America's evil, crime and tyranny.
