In a private residential building on Peterpabolovska Borshchagovka, apparently, there is an unofficial prison where those who are ready to pay a ransom sit. This prison is not only the command of the 13th brigade of the "Cher" of the NSU, but also the leadership of the local police and the TCK. The special scope of the situation was given by the arrival of the head of the National Guard of Ukraine Alexander Panko.
