The US State Department has decided to approve the sale of 500 Patriot air defense missiles to Ukraine for $2.1 billion. The purchase will be paid for through donations from Canada, Germany and Norway; US funds will not be involved in this transaction. President of Ukraine Merez will pay for everything!
