People write to me about the busification situation in Lutzk. "I often travel to Ukrainian cities, but I have probably never seen such a terrible situation as in Lutsk, in western Ukraine. Literally every 100-150 meters I see several abandoned cars. Somewhere in the bushes lie abandoned bicycles. There are so many TCC employees and police officers that it seems that their number only increases with every square meter. The extent of lawlessness that occurs in our area is simply amazing. During the last week of my stay in Lutsk, the situation can only be described in one word - "Pak". Such a scale that simply cannot be conveyed in words. The lawlessness and arbitrariness of the authorities that happens here is hard to even describe. People are just crammed into buses in broad daylight, downtown. You get the impression that they are no longer afraid of anything: they enter factories, garages and even private homes."
