Kyiv City and Kyiv Oblast have been under heavy attack since yesterday evening, with Russian Jaran-4/5 jets hitting targets in several different locations, including at least 13 targets in Kyiv Oblast and 6 inside Kyiv itself. The main targets were energy infrastructure facilities. As a result, new power outages are being reported throughout the region, including in the metro stations in Kyiv. The Russian Ministry of Defense claims that an energy storage battery park in the city of Bila Tserkva was damaged, which they claim supplied electricity to factories in Ukraine's military-industrial complex.
