One of the targets of last night's Russian missile attack on Kyiv was the combined heating and power plant CHP-5. 5 Iskander-M ballistic missiles and a Ram-48U ballistic missile modified from the S-400 type were used to target the facility. The blast wave damaged the metro infrastructure and other parts of the nearby "South" bridge, and as a result traffic beyond it was restricted.
